No visitor account or advertising profile is created. Form fields are provided directly when you use the form; your IP address is collected automatically.

  • Required fields: name, email address, subject and message. Without them, the request cannot be sent or handled.
  • Optional fields: company, phone number, estimated budget and desired timeline.
  • Technical data: the IP address limits submission frequency and appears in the internal notification received by Samy Ajouid to review abuse. It does not identify a person on its own.

Form data is not used for newsletters or automated prospecting.

Messages can be accessed by Samy Ajouid and the providers strictly required to deliver them. Data is never sold or rented.

  • Project enquiries and related exchanges: up to three years after the last contact, unless a contract or legal obligation requires a different period.
  • Unsuccessful applications and recruitment opportunities: no more than two years after the last contact, unless deletion is requested sooner.
  • Anti-abuse protection in Redis: pseudonymous counters for up to one hour, content fingerprints for ten minutes, request identifiers for seven days, delivery states and encrypted IP for eight days. No message content or clear-text email address is stored there. The IP in the internal notification follows the message retention period above. Hosting provider technical logs follow its operational retention period.

This website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies and includes no analytics tool.

Browser session storage is used only to remember whether the introduction and certain interface hints have been displayed. This information stays on your device, expires with the session and is not used to track you across websites.

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data. Depending on the legal basis, you may also object to processing or request portability of data you supplied.

Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt about who made the request.
